The jigsaw mats are The mats have been specifically designed to take the impact for all martial arts training including throws from Wrestling , Judo and the Grappling sports such as Brazilian Jiu Jistu.

The mats can also be used for any other Gym or home use or other styles such as MMA (mixed Martial Arts ), Gymnastics and Yoga .

The 30mm Puzzle mats are finished with a flat Tatami texture (non abrasive) which gives better foot contact and reduces friction while on the ground and is soft enough so as not to damage knees and other joints.

They PVA foam has a soft but firm surface designed to cushion any impact and is much safer than the hard 20mm mats currently in the market. If you are serious about training with minimal injuries from your own mats these are the "Best Mats" in the market.
